Sorry for spammy title. BUT MY OLD LAPTOP IS WORKING!! I'll be able to play minecraft. In fact I'll be making a server and doing a lets play. Also, doing a lets play with someone big_smile .

That's great! What were you using to post before this?

The same thing happened with my laptop - it wouldn't POST (basically it wouldn't start) and multiple trips to a repair show would only fix it for a day at most. Then my uncle did they same thing they did (took it apart and reassembled it) and for some reason it inexplicably has worked fine ever since.

Don't run a server on your laptop, it'll cause the poor thing to heat up terribly.

My 1st gen iPod Touch died one day, and I kept it and was thinking of getting rid of it. About two weeks later it was like "The heck with death!" and it worked again. hmm
