Pokemon Help

I need help with my Pokemon Black. I try to use Game Sync, but it says I have to wait 24 hours for it to recharge. I have waited 1 month!!!

I didn't use the game on another DS or changed my internal clock. How do I fix the infinite recharge?

Oh, and discuss other Pokemon problems here.
