Professional Spriter - Willing to do requests

I'll do pixel-art requests. You MUST fill out the form or I'll ignore your posts. Here's the form:

-Do not demand a sprite or give me a time limit.
-Fill out the form.
-Do not insult my works.
-Do not steal my examples.
-You MUST give me credit.
-Do not claim my sprites as yours.
-I will only do 1 request at a time.

Can you recreate this model for me and make a sprite sheet
Sprite: 
The actions I mainly need is a stand, run, jump, duck, a throwing type action, throwing type alt, and a Death action (laying down)

What texture is it?
About what size will it be (maximum is 50x50)?
Anything else you need to point out?

*50x50 would be great
*Oh make sure you don't miss out on the orange hat. If you cant put the P on it don't worry about it.
I just need a remastered version of the sprite with shading ad animations

I'm having a little trouble making out the image (eyes, mouth, head?). May you please post a version with arrows pointing out the body features?

Can all blues be neon? if not dark blue please!

Well, sprites can't be invisible. But, now I know you don't do scripting as well.
