When you're banned from the forums...
...can you still view the forums, just not post in them?
I'd like to know that, but not the hard way.

Also, I would like to know, if I know sombody's password by guessing it, can I tell them to make it stronger (I will never do sommthing bad on another user's account, I just know my friend's password (or, at least I did, before I suggested he change it) and I was wondering)

My school is IP banned from the forums. You can't view them at all.
