Warning: May contain milk?
It's a milk jug! Really? Did sombody sue and say "I didn't know there was milk in it, and I got sick from it because I can't drink milk" just like the hot coffee thing for hot coffee in coffee shops?
Anyways, discuss fails and stupid warnings.

Than I bought illegal milk, because the one in my fridge doesn't say that on it.

Well, there's a law on things like that. You have to acknowledge if your product has any sensitive ingredients in it like milk, peanuts etc.
It's to protect allergic people
edit: It's also to say in court like

Do you know what I mean?

Food manufacturers are required by the FDA to list common allergens such as dairy and nuts in an allergen warning at the bottom. So it's not that someone necessarily actually didn't think milk contained milk (although you never know with people now), it's just a requirement.

A few days ago in the store, there was a can of peanuts that says "Warning: may contain peanuts" Hmm, only may cantain peanuts? It most definitly contains peanuts.

You can never be sure...
If they accidentally made a empty can but then wrote on it
Contains peanuts
Then the company could be sued for lying

I think the warning label is just there to list the ingredients that are likely to cause allergies since reading through and entire list of ingredients or compounds can be a hassle (this is especially true of food that are packed with preservatives) - in other words, just for convenience's sake of those who suffer from food allergies.
Although sometimes obvious allergen is obvious like that milk jug and peanut product stated earlier.

Okay, now this one is just overdoing it!
And, why put the sign there, then?

I think that sign is there because maybe some people might think of holding the wrong end of the chainsaw when it's not running.
It's kind of like how there are rules in a chemistry lab about not to use your mouth as the vacuum device when sucking up a chemical compound through a pipette; you'd think people know better but apparently the mouth method is more common than one would think.

The marines motto makes sense. Most of them are killed in combat. The rest of them are proud of themselves because they hid behind rocks and were smart. Good reason to be proud.
