I have no new videos and I won't have more any time soon. But I wanna get featured using the projects I already have. How can I do this? Is there even a way?

The featured section is for projects hand-picked by the Scratch Team, so they'll have to decide if your project deserves it before it ends up there.
There's a thread by andresmh here where you can suggest projects to be featured, but it can't be one of your own

Just dont ask. KEep making good projects and they will get featured if the scratch team chooses them.

The scratch team actually does not choose them. The scratch team just reviews submitted projects.

Well, featured projects are chosen manually. If it's not the Scratch Team, then who's doing it?

well, before you get featured, you gotta make lots of good projects so people look at them. Take some of my projects. They're good, but people dont veiw them. The key is an interesting title and a good game.

You should only suggest projects if you believe that they deserve to be featured. Offering to suggest others' projects in exchange for a suggestion from them or other forms of repayment is definitely not condoned. Just try to make good projects, and you may be featured!
Also, remember that fame or getting front paged shouldn't be your sole focus. While being front paged is extremely rewarding, it doesn't have to be something you can't live without. As long as you're happy with your projects and others are enjoying them, what more could you need?

go onto this site.Would any of you think that any of my projects could get featured
Possibly, although your username could be taken offensively. By six year olds, or thirteen year olds.
If someone were to make the perfect project, but their username was something like “***** is ******” Then, it wouldn’t get featured no matter what.
I’m not sure what the Scratch teams standards are, I’m just warning you.

What do you mean you “can’t make anymore projects”?
Be active. Post a lot on the forums. Helpful posts, not spam. Comment on lots of people projects, but don’t be creepy. Make friends with people, but don’t go around friending every user you see, I mean ACTUAL friends.
You can’t expect people to magically be teleported to your user. You have to lead them there.

This is good advice. Become actual friends with the Scratch team.
Remember that if other people friend YOU, then they will see your projects when they come out. But you said that you can’t make anymore projects, so that won’t happen, I guess.

That’s not how things work. And Harakou explained it pretty well.
I hope I helped, and I’m glad that you’ve taken an interest in Scratch. Although I’m curious as to why you can’t make anymore projects.

I can't make videos because I am not aloud to download Scratch anywhere.

Why not? It's safe and free.

Jeez. Did you even try to convince them scratch is safe? Maybe try to change their minds. I'm surprized they still let you on the site.
Do they think scratch is dangerous? Show them it's not.
My parents let me play M video games, and I'm 11. Well, that's differences for ya. They also don't care what I download, as long as it's not totally inappropiate (naked images, and stuff like that)

No.
I don’t understand why they think the ONLINE site where you can interact with random people of all ages that you don’t even know, is less safe than the actual program where you can make your own cool stuff.
If Scratch is not allowed, then why are you even allowed on the internet?
