Dunno. Different years for school in Scotland. I'm 10 and it's my 7th year at school here.

Yes, Scotland is. We go:
P=Primary
S=Secondary
P1 (age 4-5)
P2 (age 5-6)
P3 (age 6-7)
P4 (age 7-8)
P5 (age 8-9)
P6 (age 9-10)
P7 (age 10-11)
S1 (age 11-12)
S2 (age 12-13)
S3 (age 13-14)
S4 (age 15-16)
S5 (age 16-17)
S6 (age 17-18)

You would be in 5th here, however counting preschool and kindergarden 5th grade is the 7th year (I'm in 5th).
