It's called 'bumping' a thread... It puts the thread up to the top of the list. It makes it so more people will notice it.

Yeah, I'm trying to iron them out. I've actually been working on this for a LONG time (like since the beginning of summer) and I kept putting off the glitches. In the end I just put it up anyway.
