How to set a Squeak variable to something with an apostrophe or hash?

I've tried:

Code:

t1 _ '(', ''', move %n steps', ''', '#- #forward: 10)'.

This is for the downloadable blocks BTW.

I figured out apostrophe, but the hash is causing problems now.  hmm
