BTW, Qazedt, I have an idea for whitelisting.
First, if their post doesn't have spelling errors or grammar errors.
Second, check out their projects, sometimes that tells you a lot about people.
Third, you need more questions. 
Fourth, maybe number of posts? You know that if they have a lot, and aren't banned, they probably aren't a jerk

After thinking about it for a while, I think I'd rather do something like this:
(First login to 1 hour) Newbie: Can build and stuff but not use fire, TNT or lava. Cannot set their home; can use /spawn.
(1 hour to 16 hours) Builder: Can use TNT and stuff. Can set their home.
(16 hours - 48 hours) Member/Scratcher: Possibly get a certain building area just for them and Dedicated.
(48+) Dedicated: Can set time and clear the weather. Rather than having a special color, dedicateds retain their color from Member/Scratcher and get a [d] in front of their name.
(No time, chosen by owner) Op/Admin: Like rabbit is now

I dunno. I don't like all these, "Set day powers" And "Special building areas"
For one, if it has setday, it isn't survival. Nuff said.
And we don't have enough active members that it's worth it to have a special area.

I don't really like the [d] idea. Sure, it could be useful. But if we remove time setting then all there is is '/wclear'. We should at least get our own colour...

It all depends on if we advertise elsewhere than Scratch for 1.8. If we do, then we want some way to tell who comes from the main website (Scratcher and DedicatedScratcher) and who doesn't (Member and DedicatedMember). If we don't advertise, then we don't need separate colors for dedicated.
