How to make and download a flash game free??

I was wondering if there was a way I could make flash games and download them all for free.

My username is now elfin8er! I will not be using this account any more!! ELF OS! (Community Collab)

Stencyl is the only free flash game maker I know of.

There's also flixel and other things like that. But I think stencyl's the best one.
