Adobe products are for the pros, and it's much more focused on heavy editing, rarther than producing, which all of these opensource tools are.
However... I do think the price is a little bit steep.
I might return for a little while.

Thats why i would feel ripped off if i bought a adobe product then found out that there is software that is almost as good but free :3

I bought PSE, and I have to say, a lot of things in it are easier/only found in PSE. Which is nice, especially for cleaning up scans.

I always used the free stuff (gimp, inkscape) but eventually, I'll probably get Photoshop
