30+2=32
32-4=28
28/2=14

Ah, right - I've no idea how I managed to get sixteen. 

At any rate, BEDMAS would dictate it's 30, because you're meant to do the division first. Hence, it's:

30+2-4/2
= 30+2-2
= 30
