I keep seeing these everywhere! They have no real meaning, and are just annoying. Am I allowed to flag these kinds of things?

Personally, I'd flag it. It's pretty much just spam, and you'd usually flag spam, right?

Eh, I wouldn't call it spam - IMO it's just a bit of a game for some people

The wiki isn't really connected to the main site though; even less than the forums.
