There's actually no point to have this now, since sigs over 150px are already cut off... Some people like to post a lot of links, or use the self-updating collection sparks has, but you can't fit more than like, two in there... So I suggest we remove the 400 character limit in signatures.

No, not remove, I'd recommend making it 1000.

I agree that we should remove it

I think a thousand is a little too little. Maybe 2000.
For those who have a lot of friends and like keeping track of their onlineness and linking to their page and stuff...

This was Jonathanpb's suggestion on the thread about cutting off the sigs at 150 pixels (which doesn't apply to me ).
Add me and him.

Support. But don't remove the limit completely, or else some pages could takes ages to load! If one would be mean and patient enough to make a sig out of 4000 different pixels with different images addresses, that is.
I think 2400 is a reasonable limit.

I support... 2000 characters sounds not bad, 1000 would be ok as well

I support. Why would they have 400 characters if there's already 150 pixels? Don't the pixels count for letters?

I support
I also think the two-line rule should be removed as well...text doesn't take up nearly as much room as large images do.

I don't think it should be removed. Or it would take a year to load a single forum page. I think it should just be 500 to 1000. Anyway, great suggestion!
