music and sound
I see alot of projects with sounds or music not supplied by scratch. how do you download and use sounds from possibly internet or computer into a project?
EXAMPLE- I like some little sound clip I hear on a website. what files can i save it on to open in scratch?

Well, find an .MP3 file and save it somewhere you can find it onto your PC.
Then, on scratch, go to the sprite/stag you want to play that music (generally, if a song is a music loop, you would use the stage
Click on the sounds tab
Import
Find your sound/music
and then make this script if it's a music loop:

Look at the Scratch Resources or post a new topic in the Requests Forum to get new sounds and music.
