Call the Superhero Sensei Nevar Surrendar Headkuarterz, and ask Superman for help.

Or he could use his electricity to form an improvised magnetic field, which he then uses to gently put the plane down. That's assuming he can control an unlimited amount of electricity, though, since the magnetic field has to be really strong.

Another method is to wait until the plane is close enough, then use his reasonable invulnerability and super strength to absorb the impact of the plane, and basically take out the momentum, which is the main cause of death. He then uses his strength to assist the plane to land as gently as possible.

Or he could expel electricity at such a speed that the plane is rocked backward, countering the gravitational and momentum force of the plane. He then uses his strength to absorb the remaining impact. If the plane is falling too fast, though, or is made entirely of metal, the electricity might kill the passengers, or slam them into their seats so hard their necks snap.

Great ideas. Thanks. And by the way, he can absorb and expel a pretty much unlimited amount of electricity.
