Can't improve (upload new version) my project!!!

In my new project, City Jumper, I tried downloading it to improve it. So i did, then uploaded it and it said it uploaded. I went to check if the upload really worked so i played my game and it didn't change. the notes changed to what i had changed them to but the actual scripting didn't change. Can anyone tell me how to get this to work?

the project is in my sig and on the front page.

Dear Scratch Users,
I'm done with scratch, or at least making projects. I have made one last big game, thats both fun and teaches a lesson about water. It'd mean a lot if you gave me feedback.                              http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/bosox397/569201

Have you tried clearing your browser cache?  I always shut my browser down between updates and that does it for me.

If it is changed when you download it then it is updated. But you probably have it saved on your computer.

You don't have to shut down your computer, you can just clear the cache from the Java Console. Admittedly, it is not as intuitive but it's faster and you don't have reboot.
