"83% say they noticed product placement in Eldest (Inheritance Cycle)"
Really?

Are these people going to be those idiots who review an adult anime as a kids anime?
There were some stupid people who made a review complaining about an adult anime and how its not appropriate for children. I don't remember where this was, but ya.

Sonic The Hedgehog (2006) -
Parents need to know that this game is extremely confusing and difficult to play. Bad camera angles, quirky controls, difficult saving options, and meaningless side missions combine to make this a frustrating game. There is some fantasy violence in the form of throwing bombs, boulders, and other items.

78% say violence is an issue [This show has the most cartoony violence ever]
67% say language is an issue [The worst violence is probably DARNIT or something]
67% say there's too much drinking, drugs, or smoking [Wut]
67% say they noticed product placement [Wut]

Great fun, but more intense violence than most LEGO games.
TOO VIOLENT TOO INTENSE
Because parts coming off obviously LEGO characters is obviously too violet
Excuse me while I go search for stuff I like on this website *searches*
On Kim Possible:85% say violence is an issue
85% say sexual content is an issue
80% say language is an issue
80% say there's too much drinking, drugs, or smoking
80% say they noticed product placement...WHAT??????????? 0_o In what episode is there bad language or drugs? These people are over-sensitive to the max.
Some women and men characters are drawn quite voluptuously, including Kim, whose outfits always show her navel.
Lies.
How about... Portal (this should be fun)
Parents need to know that this game contains some blood, the potential for the player to die, and some violence against inanimate objects.
Players are encouraged to form an emotional bond with an inanimate object, which they are later forced to destroy
Oh, companion cube. Is this really an issue?
![]()
36% say sexual content is an issue
Are we playing the same game? 0_o
I think my favorite is what they tell parents to talk about concerning Portal with their kids:Families can talk about the possibility of sapient machines in our future and what our ethical responsibilities might be. Because this is set in a future mostly absent of humans, families could also discuss dangers, both real and imaginary, that could cause human extinction.
The perfect thing to talk to your 5 year old about. On bring your daugher to work day.
I was JUST going to search portal.

Not Ok for Preschoolers
I remember this cartoon from when I was growing up in the 1980's. It might have some good messages, but there is violence mixed with the message. I've only seen 2 episodes so far. But the ones I did see - with my almost 3 year son - had a scary dragon chasing the ponies & the 2nd one had an advil dropping on a pony's head. Not really the best message for a show that claims to be all about positive message. Won't be watching this again. My son was scared by the little that he did see of it. There are much better choices out there, other than this..*facepalm*
You quoted me! *high-fives*
Anyway, whoever said that must have been joking; and if they were serious they're stupid. -___-

The reason someone rated it "not for kids" is because he/she saw a really disturbing project.

they kinda make everything a big deal
i mean, then star wars the empire strikes back could sound so inappropriate to some with them telling the story.
Violence!
Questionable Romance!
Rebelling!
Swearing!
Disturbing images!

I'd hate to have them review Duck Hunt.
Death!
Shooting!
Negative Messages!
Encourages violence!
Or Banjo-Kazooie.
Death!
Violence!
Monsters!
Shooting!
Or Kirby 64.
Death!
Violence!
Romance!
Shooting!
Monsters!
etc.

It's so stupid!
Discuss.
Here's my account.
As you can see, I disagree with CSM a lot.
And is it just me or do they like the bad shows over the good ones?
Take for example, what I said above.

I looked up "Dora the Explorer" and this is what it gave me:
"Based on 49 parent & educator reviews:
-73% say sexual content is an issue
-73% say language is an issue
-71% say there's too much drinking, drugs, or smoking

FAIL.
