It would be cool if there was an iPhone and iPad version of scratch available on the app store. It would also be cool if you could somehow create an iPhone app on Scratch. Then put it onto your "iDevice". It would also be nice if they had a scratch app store on this website. That might too much to do, but hey, it's an idea.

And in the topic labeled "READ THIS BEFORE SUGGESTING ANYTHING" it clearly says:

This has been there for a long time, but I never had all the information I wanted. But after a good hard dig, the information was found! Thanks to cocoanut for the idea.
All of us want to use Scratch on our cell phones, IPhones; pretty much any small handheld gadget that you have.
Sorry, but the answer is no.
They don't support Java, Squeak, or other neccessary things. There was a suggestion for Xbox, but... how are you supposed to program? Or was it for playing? It wasn't very clear, but still.
Magnie put it well:

Scratch is made with Squeak, the online player is made with Java.
Well said... a single sentence can say it all. smile
Overall, this is a fairly simple matter: If you're curious, check if your gadget has the neccessary features. If you're not sure, you can check with your parents, the manual (somewhere abandoned on your bookshelf, covered with dust), or a friend.
Good lord. Someone delete this thread. It's already been done 10+ times before.
