The Reason why my Obnoxious mom is not Loved nor Lliked
So I live in Singapore, as you guys know. Well, one day I got into trouble at school, and my mom says that she's going to send me to "learn some manners" staying with my grandparents in Malaysia. I begged her not to, cause my grandparents are really old-fashioned, whack you for every mistake types, but she refused and gave me up to them. She really let me down that day. I wish she would stop meddling with my affairs. It's my problem! She keeps running around and mixing things up and now she's hurt me. She says she'll talk to me on the phone, but I just know I'm going to cry when she says goodbye, and she'll probably be lying then anyway.

Ouch! Whacking you when you make mistakes is called child abuse in america. They would be arrested if they live here.
Sheesh. Being whacked or smacked by your parents a couple of times isn't bad. People sometimes need to man up and be tough, instead of crying about it all the time. It's what gets you started in life and teaches you how to survive in tough situations.
Of course, the parents can go overboard. Now, if you're bloody and bruised and they start beating you every time you talk, then there's something wrong. Keep in mind, though, in places, like Singapore, their morals are different and are sometimes more strict.
As for your situation, helltank, I don't think you're mother should send you away. What she needs to do is teach you manners herself (if you're as rude as she says) and talk to you face-to-face. For goodness sake, she's the mother and she needs to take charge. Is she single? If so, maybe that has something to do with it.
I suggest (if she's still with you), you go up to her and talk to her about it. Maybe you can promise her to be less rude. You could also tell her how you really feel and how you don't want to leave her. I can sort of understand what you're going through. You're having very mixed feelings about this and you're worrying about missing your mother. If you do go, bare in mind, the two of you won't be apart forever. Hope that helped.
That's all I have to say.

What are you talking about? Did your grandma at least give you money because she is your grandma?
Also, are you going back to your mom since the summer is almost over?

I know it's a troll, but I do not like Malaysia. My uncle used to live there, so when we once went there it was so hot all day then rained at four.
