I don't really care, as long as the game is good.

don't care, both are fine

I usually prefer 3D unless its a simple game, where 3D would just muck things up

I'd say I only like 3D for platforming (Sonic Adventure, Super Mario 64), and 2D for everything else, because in 2D there's actually a lot of concepts you can come up with, and it becomes a lot of fun.

I think he's talking about the 3ds.
3D only hurts your eyes if you're under 7 years old or tired
i haven't actually played an xbox or ps3 game in 3D before, but i love it on the 3ds.
as far as movies go i prefer 2D over 3d

I don't have a 3d tv and 3ds as they don't work with me

3D, of course.

Both, really. And 2.5D.

Oh, that's called 2.5D, when it looks like they're 3D but in a 2D game.

I enjoy 3D, mainly. I can't imagine FFX as a 2D 4-way scroller. Or Kingdom Hearts. Can you imagine what Agrabah would be like in 2D? Or the Lotus Forest in Wonderland?

yeah 3D doesn't work for everybody
plus i read somewhere that you're not supposed to drive after viewing something in 3D because it makes you dizzy or something

I can play and view stuff longer in 2d than 3d. I can only tolerate 3d for about 15min but 2d is all day!
When I watch 3D movies I always end up closing one eye to give my brain a rest. (You can't take the glasses off because it is doubled up but closing one eye with the glasses on removes the double up.
