Freeze/crash when press help button

Is there a  reasons for this please

i can work round but would prefer to fix if poss

reinstalled, now okay

I think i installed the "files only" version first time round

Glad to hear it is working for you now.  I haven't tried the files-only install but it sounds like that might be a good reason to avoid it if possible!
