To make a prank virus which freezes up your computer and make you turn it off in Batch.

I'm not sure if it's illeigal. What do you plan to do it on?
Ask me what I'm doing, wait an hour than roll a die, if it's 4-6, I'm playing Skyrim, if it's 1, I'm eating, if it's 2-3 I'm programming.

Yeah. I have a Batch file on my computer that requires you to type in a password or else the computer shuts down in 60 seconds. (Telemachus helped me program it 
)
