add comments to code blocks?

The turtle graphics example at:
http://www.redware.com/scratch/videos/turtlegraphics/index.html

has notes/comments beside blocks of code.  How do I add these to my code?  I can't find the button anywhere!

Right-click in the script area and press "add comment".

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
