Don't worry, I am indeed dead. Just kidding. obviously
The storm is pretty much over here, a few wing gust here and there, but we're expected to get another storm surge at high tide tonight. I won't be affected, but other places will.

By the time it hit me, it was back to tropical storm. Everyone freaked out, everything closed down, some people EVACUATED, and power went out in a couple places. Our weather reporters told us everything BAD happening in the hurricane, not even explaining how it would effect us (which is barely did). We have a poorly coordinated weather report team. We got some winds that felt REALLY good (and I tried marching against the wind, which was kinda hard) and the rain was minimal. Flooding was zeroed out of the question, no problems with that.
Talk about pathetic wannabe hurricanes.

Heavy rain. Fast wind. Power out for 1 second total.
Not hard in (location removed).

Jacksonville, North Carolina here!
Power was out for 6 hours.
Cable and internet out for 1 day and 7 hours.
I and my family had to clean out our yard and house of debris.
To New England'ers: Don't complain, we had it worse.

Took us many hours to clean up all the debris.

For me, it rained lightly. That's it.
