Learning/writing HTML. Add flavor and coolness with CSS and JavaScript. PHP is always good to know too. There are loads of free hosting sites out there. The one I'm using is Zymic (one of the few free ones that also allows for PHP and databases!).

Weebly. I've used it: ssaonline.weebly.com
If you use the education one, invite someone to weebly and you'll get ages of free Weebly Pro! I think that's how I have it for a year without paying anything.
