Tabletop Miniature Wargame

Hey guys, Im making a tabletop wargame like Warhammer Fantasy, and Im just wondering about stuff like:

-Advertising
-Where and how to sell the models
-How to get my goofball employees to stop making pigfaced Dwarves and/or playing with legos
