Help with solids

Help i am quite new to scratch and how do i make an object solid so a sprite cannot walk over or through it????

There is no way to make an object solid, but the sprites can be programmed to back away from an object or color when they touch it.  This is the way that most of the solid-seeming objects are created in scratch games.
