Question to Mods/Admins about the Stickies

Hi, all. I have noticed that one of the links in the Sticky topic (Custom Blocks "Cheat Sheet", by subzerostig.) is linked to a reply of that thread. Its not really a help, just a response. Is this intentional?  smile
