I have both. While From Dust is a very fun game, expecially when you just want to chillaxe and have some fun, Portal 2 is not an indie game like From Dust is. I would go for Portal 2.
Indie - Small developer, not full price of a game like Portal 2.

I don't really know. But I've seen youtube videos of both.
