Re: Trying to get DYNDNS to work...

You cannot connect to your server from within your own domain with a global IP. If you are trying to connect to your server you need to use your local server IP address and not your Global IP address.

Find out your local IP address by going to cmd type: ipconfig/all

Look for IPv4 Address. (Default is 192.168.1.*)
If you are using the servers browser to connect to itself then you can use local host.

http://localhost/
http://127.0.0.1/
Works on the server only

http://(local.IP.Address)/

Works for every local computer

http://(global.IP.address)/

Works for computers outside your network if router forwarding is setup.

Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

Re: Trying to get DYNDNS to work...

The connection has timed out

The server at jji7skyline.dyndns.org is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
    moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
    connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
