What do you do in minecraft? is it sorta like roblox? Do you have to script games too?

NO. Minecraft is better than Roblox, you don't script stuff (although there is a thing called Redstone) and it is a LOT better. Do you want enemies? Do you want mining? Do you want...

And plus, Minecraft has no age limit for multiplayer/chatting. It only costs $21 or 14 euros.

Redstone is basically wires, people have made redstone TVs, games, bowling alleys and even computers. I don't get what Animeboy is talking about.

Redstone is awesome. On Creepercraft, we added some Redstone challanges to the AM.

Yeah, I'm tired of Shugo Chara too. At least I don't make a bunch of topics about Rainbow Dash or Fluttershy (Sorry I had to bring ponies up).

ABSOLUTELY NOT. Minecraft is 1% alike Roblox, and that is the fact that there is blocks.

They are no way alike. Minecraft is so awesome, the creator, Notch, is making a quarter million dollars a day and the game is only in Beta. :0

Also, redstone is not just "something cool Notch added". It's a powder-like mineral that is used the same as electric wires. The batteries are redstone torches, and the electricity is a redstone charge. There are also buttons, which send off a quick signal, levers, which send a signal only when on, and pressure plates, which detect mobs and items. Redstone activates doors, iron doors (doors only opened by redstone), trapdoors, pistons (a VERY useful blocks that pushes other blocks when activated), sticky pistons (the same as pistons but they also pull the block back!), powered minecart rails, and much more!

With redstone you can also accomplish logic gates. With redstone, you can create elevators, connect four, computers (those things are HUGE, and I'm not exaggerating!), slot machines, or anything possible to you desire to create! big_smile

Minecraft, i thought minecraft was a stupid and pointless game, until i actually played it. Most people are saying "Minecraft is stupid" and they haven't even played beta. When i bought beta i became very addicted to it and still am. The things you can make and do are endless.

Minecraft is very fun. You get to explore, mine, build, craft and a lot more. But I've never played roblox as it's Windows only. What is roblox like?
