When you put a video in your project does the sound from the video go?

When you put a video with sound in your project, does the sound from the video come in as well? And how do you insert a video in your project? Also, if both of those things can happen, then how would you take out the video off the project and keep the sound? I'm going to make a video of myself singing the Scratch Song.
Please answer this.

I don't think you can even put a video in your project...

To find out, just put one in, yourself and you'll have the answer.

The above posters are right, you can't import video files into Scratch at the moment, unfortunately.

The only type of "video" you can import are animated GIFs, and those are actually images and cannot have sound.

http://i52.tinypic.com/5es7t0.png I know what you're thinking! "Neptune! Get rid of those filthy advertisements and give us back the Zarathustra siggy, you horrible person!" Well, don't worry about it, the Zara siggy will be back soon, new and improved! ^^ Meanwhile, just do what the sig tells you to. >.>
