I started 6th grade a week ago. It's actually not that bad. I'd have to say the worst thing is P.E. (it's WAAAYYY worse than elementary school.)
But besides that, it's not as hard as you'd think.  smile

6th grade is equal to 7th grade in Queensland, Australia (because we go to school one year early) and yr7 for me was one of my favourite years! (I had a great teacher  big_smile )

What's the age range for grade 6th? :L I'm going into Year 9 in highschool which is 13-14... I don't know what grade that is... Good luck!  smile  What grade would you be in if you went to High school? Don't you guys have a middle school aswell? D:

For me, 6th was in Elementary School.
It's like first grade compared to 8th.

1. 11-12
2. 13-14 would be 8th grade
3. High School is grades 9-12 (Age 14-18)
4. There are middle schools (junior high)

Anyway, I live in a small town (it only has an elementary school) and 5th is pretty much equal to 6th. We can pretty much go anywhere by ourselves. I'm pretty much consitered "cool" and school just started  big_smile
