I felt it! I thought my house would collapse, so I ran outside (I was alone) and realized my dog was still inside. I was wondering whether or not risking my life to go back in and save him was worth it.

I guess that some people in my area felt it... I didn't feel anything though... even though buildings near me evacuated... I'm sort of far away from the epicenter though. My news is saying it was 5.9 magnitude in Virginia.... Nothing about after shocks though... yet...

Never been in an earthquake. What's it like?
For me...
At first I was just confused and thought the wind was blowing down the house. Then, I realized how stupid I was and realized there was no wind!. Then, everything just looks like its having a siezure and shakes violently. Thats when my dad, little bro, and I ran outside.

I think I saw on CNN that some guy was performing on stage when the earthquake collapsed the stage and killed him. I'm not sure, the subject of the sentence was off screen by the time I saw it. -_-
Here's, uh, a link if anybody needs it.
