You have to be very active on the Scratch forums and main website (posting projects) and also be (Edit: registered) for atleast a month.

Also, try spelling correctly.
Will it make you be a scratcher faster? Probably not.
Will it make people respect you more? Definitely.

but i'm fairly sure i had no spelling errors there.
