We often have many posts about simple Scratch programming, or programming completely unrelated to Scratch, here. I've seen HTML tutorials, questions about how to make a sprite translucent, even a question to moderators whether a topic in the All About Scratch should be left there or moved to the Miscellaneous.... The ATs are for developing Scratch, pushing it to its limits. So I propose to rename it the "Scratch Lab", with description to the effect of something like "A place to develop and enhance the Scratch experience."

Well, Advance topics is basicly a topic for development, on websites, software, and to help other people learn programming. Thanks to the advance topics, I learned Visual Basic

Exactly! Advanced Topics are not only about Squeak.
Remember, forum sections are what people make them by posting in them. In AT you can find lots of posts about connecting Scratch with PHP (mod share, for example), or remote sensors. Stuff that has nothing to do with Squeak. Very complicated math problems occasionally make it to AT also, and I'm perfectly fine with it.
To be completely honest, I would find an entire section for Squeak extremely boring. Besides, before the 'mod boom' I'm sure AT wasn't filled with Squeak questions. Now it's becoming too much of that and not enough advanced stuff.
And putting together a couple block specs is not what I call advanced.
