I need help putting my voice in a project. how do I do it?

You need to have a microphone to start with. If you do, make sure that it's plugged in, then go to the Sounds tab in Scratch and click Record.
I've also moved this to All About Scratch. Suggestions is for making suggestions about the Scratch program or site.
