Well, if it's going to be a meme, you'd have to draw it into a png/jpeg/bmp/gif, something like that and post it on an imagesharing site such as imageshack.us. Then you could just post it on the forums, like a normal meme-sharer. But please don't do that, there's enough memes on the internet already xD
