Anybody know of a good jpeg to vector converter?
I need one for my game. Anybody know of one that is free, online, and (of course) virus free?

You can't convert JPEGs to vectors. You can try to vectorise JPEGs in Inkscape, but JPEGs are raster and vectors are vector.

You could probably analyze the JPEG and make a vector file from that...
