Should I flag a comment that is advertising their own project?
3:00= get on scratch; 3:01= delete messages
3:02= pie time!

Unless they related it to your project in some way, like saying "Hey, nice game. I've done something similar" and then they leave a link, you should flag it. If it's one of those comments that's just a link, it should be OK to flag.
