In all sums without brackets, multiplying is done first. So it's 10+0.

Order of operations gives an answer of 10. 

I do remember one time, though, I entered a math competition where we had to calculate it as the operation were given to us (think about calculating it from left to right), in which that answer would be 0. Seems like order of operations flies out the window in some cases!

I don't see how anyone could get otherwise, unless they were like 10 and didn't know what the order of operations was

Depends on the base you are using for it.as your question is solvable in all the base 



if you are using base 10. then ofcourse its 10!!!


if you are using binary (base 2) then its 2  (converted to base 10)

if you are using base 8 (octal numbers) then its 12 (these dont have 8,9)

in HexaDecimal its 16 (base 16)

and in base 32 its 32 aswell
