I haven't join since 2 weeks but have joined November 08. I have never had a project on the front! I try so hard!!!! I recently made a my best project, Auto draw: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Daffy22/368975 ! please look at it and leave a comment. PLEASE consider,

Aw, let him be. He probably isn't the best and won't make it anyway. Besides, if he's new, maybe he will make it. And if the scratch team really doesn't want that there, they can just delete it or not look at it.

But if you allow one person to propose their own project, then everyone else will think that's it fine, and of course, that would be madness. I'm sure that not proposing your own project was one, if not the biggest rule of all of this.
