Exciting Stuff That's Happened in Your Town

Has anything exciting happened in your town/city?

The house of somebody who got arrested for hacking a load of games console and other stuff is about 5 mins away from my house.

From ellscharstark - I like boring signatures but I love colours!  smile   tongue   lol

Nothing, but there was something HUGE that happened on april 16th (day before my birthday) and it wasn't in my town.

I used to have a huge tourist attraction restraunt in the 40-s and 50-s and the 80-s (its closed now but roumors it's opening agian) called the raht skellar
oh yeah, it's in a alley with a mexican place

i feel the same way

and downtown in my town we have all these secret restaurants in alleys and stuff
i know all the secret places:
yogurt pump
the place i just mentioned
that mexican place
i have a awesome downtown, with a awesome place called *town i live in* comics
they have tons of japanese stuff

My town is probably most famous for having 3 really big car shows every year. My Scout troop gets to sit out there and collect money for parking. We each have to sit out there and do it for 9 HOURS.  sad

Lucky. Nothing ever happens where I live. Just peaceful, uptight people with countless annoying little 2nd-graders running around and playing and getting in my way. I'm so glad I'm going into middle school. I wouldn't be able to cope with those little yippy second-graders any longer.
