I have an idea for a boss for a video game. :O

Picture this:

At the end of the game (When you think it's done), the nice, little, and cute member of your team starts coughing, and soon it's lungs come out of it's mouth, and they are giant!  yikes  They also turned into a giant monster.  yikes

And since no one can survive without lungs (Right?), you have to beat it, and at the same time make sure it (The lung monster) doesn't die!

Because they are giant, like 35x the size of the guy they came out of.

No, a Q rated game.
But if I could do anything to the 60 second rule, it would belong in the most gory AO rated game ever. AO is the highest, most adult game type.
