As well of top viewed, loved and remmixed there should be top loved per views. The people with the highest projects in the last 10 days should also be on the front page.
For example a project with 40 views and 10 love-its would have 0.25 love-its per viewed and would therefore be better than a well known scratcher who dosen't make as good projects and gets 1000 views and 200 love-its which would have 0.2 love-its per view.
There would have to be a minimum number of views like 5 so that the projects just released that have 0 views 0 love-its do not get front paged.
This system would mean that good project by less well known scratchers would still get on the front page.
Support this on scrach suggestions!

I had an idea like this and its kinda a good idea but I don't think anyone will be bothered to reprogram scratchR to put this in

They are making a lot of changes, and I don't imagine that this would be that hard to make. It's actually a good idea, but what about time limits? If there was a limit, most of the projects on there would just be top loved projects. If there wasn't, most of the projects up there would be the same ones, because they'd likely maintain a relatively regular ratio.

That would be good news for un-known people that want to get on the front page then.

I think that there should be a limit maybe 10 days, the same as the top loved projects. Also I do not think that the projects will be the same as the top loved projects because the top loved projects tend to have other a 1000 views and only about 100 love-its and quite often I see projects that have 50 views 20 love-its which is easilly better.

Ah, that is true. I've noticed that love-it's per view tend to drop off as the view count goes up, possibly because more people are noticing it but not taking the time to view it.

This is a another good reason for the system because projects that have eventualy got on the front page through this system are likely to drop of the front page before there 10 days is up. This means that the list is constanly changing so more projects get on the front page.

I believe he already addressed that.

I have never been on the front page xD
This is a good idea though, they should implement this.

With this sytem in place you probally would get on the front page if you make really good projects.
