I have been able to download projects in the past (last year), but everything I try to download now won't open due to a "bad header." I am running the latest version of Scratch (1.3.1). I have tried using 2 different browsers (Safari & Firefox), 2 different Mac computers, and have tried at home thinking it might be a problem with my school's "new and improved" web filter. No luck. Any suggestions?

Try this:
When the project downloads, don't open it right away because sometimes it's set to open with an earlier version of scratch. Move the project from downloads (if you're using Leopard) to the desktop, then open scratch and open the project like that.
