Uhhh, backpacks are big deals.

http://news.yahoo.com/photo-bag-carryin … 49082.html

uh, so people in China are fussing about their Ambassador wearing a backpack.

If Obama wore a snuggie, i doubt we would fuss.

Discuss, but dont turn into flame war with whatever way you can -.-

Re: Uhhh, backpacks are big deals.

I love backpacks ^^ They're at least 4000x better than drawstring sports bags in a gaudy navy blue and with a bright "gold" cliche horse plastered on the front. If was an ambassador (and I had no knowledge of this being kinda disrespectful in China) then I would be walking around with my Domo backpack and hat, looking for good cupcake shop  tongue

Re: Uhhh, backpacks are big deals.

Believe me, backpacks are among the easiest of all bags to carry. Personally, I would always where a backpack (to carry camera etc) if it didn't make me look like a shoplifter  tongue

In france, they used those plastic ties to secure the zips on my bag and only let me cut the when I left  tongue

Really? Wow! I carry around a Vera Bradley backpack everywhere I go:) but it is more like a purse.. That you wear on your back.. Haha:) But 75% of all the teenagers in America own one as well.. So it doesn't look suspicious.

Unless I walk into a store and shove random items into it.. Then maybe a bit suspicious!

Not like I have ever done that before or anything.. Lol;)
