Just a reminder to submit a draft of your collab project by August 15 to the Collab Camp Projects Gallery. Submitting by this deadline is an opportunity to get feedback on your latest camp project by the Scratch Team, Collab Counselors, and the rest of the community. Don't miss out on this opportunity! Some have been asking how complete the draft must be. We recommend doing as much as you can with your project so you can get the most useful feedback.
We also ask you to review and provide constructive comments on the other projects as well in the Collab Camp Projects Gallery. When leaving a comment for the creators, include what you liked about it and what you think the creators can improve on. Your comments are important in helping everyone create the best project they can.
Thanks and we look forward to seeing all your drafts!

Heres a cool entry I'd like to review! Its called Mystery Island v6 and it deserves noticing!

What I Think:
Mystery Island is a unique interactive story which blends in point and click with side-moving platforming. It starts off at London where you enter a city bistro only to discover you've been kidnapped and locked in a crate. I eagerly await to see where this story goes, and the name gives a big clue where this plot is gonna go. For a draft, this is pretty impressive. The movement of the character is smooth and also, you get to choose your gender in case there are female-players checking out this project. So, what I've seen is a impressive game, but there are drawbacks. The game is short, even for a draft and there has been a glitch noticed if playing as the girl. Plus, the graphics could use a bit of updating but hey - they didn't use flashy graphic kits like Photoshop or Fireworks, just the basic Scratch paint editor. This game is going to be enjoyable, despite the minor glitches and lengh. So, I'm gonna rate this:
8/10
Mystery Island looks great and has a confident plot going, but the length and graphics push it to a great 8.
I hope you keep on Scratching and I might even review your Collab Camp project next!

Thanks for the Scratch Wiki link! We (Scratch Team + counselors) have been using the table in the image to help us give everyone feedback. We hope you find it useful too! The columns are different elements of an interactive story project and the rows to the left are the different questions you might ask about each element. Have fun commenting!
Finally, we created another Collab Camp project that may help you think about feedback. http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Collab-Camp/1981329 Enjoy!

Heres another cool entry called Cupcake Mania and it deserves noticing!

What I Think:
Cupcake Mania is a story about two cupcakes, and the story really depends on multiple choices at the start, which effect the game itself. Its based at a kitchen where you see your friend in peril of getting his frosting eaten, then you get three choices on what you can do. Im not going to reveal what happens when you choose each choice, but - this game not only lets you choose between three game-changing choices, but also - this game features avatar (your own changeable character) customization! This is the only game I've seen that features this. So far, the only down-side is the length, which is only 1-1.5 minutes of gameplay but other than that. I can honestly say that I rate this:
9/10
Another great game which features game-changing multiple choices and avatar customization, but is only slightly let down by the fact that its short - even for what seems to be a draft.
I hope you keep on Scratching and I might even review your Collab Camp project next!
